This Master Plan included analyzing the program
space utilization, rapid growth in the 80s & 90s, aging
infrastructure, previous facilities analysis data, roof repair,
study of potential new buildings and expansion to account for
growth over the years, potential of the Master Plan to help
generate needed funds from a state legislature, building maintenance
scheduling and approximate costs for alterations.
