Created as a public campus devoted to the
fine and performing arts, this college is a unique institution
with its own Opera House, Theaters, Museum, Fine Arts Building
and Dance Building. Hom+Goldman are the Master Planners for
the entire campus and completed their Master Plan in 1998. As
such, Hom+Goldman met with the Department Heads and Faculty
for each of these disciplines and evaluated each of the theater
spaces, back of house spaces, offices, meeting rooms and support
spaces. These were evaluated in terms of meeting their assigned
functions, the condition of the spaces, proposed capital improvements
and upgrades.
