Back to Projects List California State University at Monterey Bay, Monterey Bay, CA Master Plan, Student Union & Library Overview: This 130,000 SF student activities center is the centerpiece of a new Master Plan for the recycled Fort Ord facility in Monterey Bay. The facility will accommodate student activities, community facilities and university functions. The Master Plan included programming and site selection for the new Student Union and Library. A unique component is creating a road map for efficient land use through a development concept that will emphasize the sense of a campus setting. Size: 130,000 sf Completion: awaiting funding
