New York University , New York , NY East 26th Street Dormitory Overview: Hom + Goldman Architects upgraded the interior of the East 26 th Street Dormitory of NYU to provide a more active, residential character. They incorporated necessary life-safety improvements. The design was not for just aesthetic reasons, but also material durability, simplified construction and compliance with both university and governmental codes. Size: 250 units Completion: 2008 |
